Terrible service. We have been waiting for 30 minutes to be served. The salesperson that was on the floor at 1.30 on 19 th of March (unfortunately no name badge so not sure what is her name) was totally ignoring us. I have approached the other sales assistant at the till twice and was assured that somwbody will serve us soon. But it did not happen so our group of four with a heavily pregnant lady amongst us had to leave after 40 min of waiting and without our planned purchase of car seat.Absolutely unacceptable service.

Went in to get a car seat & Pram staff weren’t doing anything (stocking shelf’s) we weren’t greeted, after about 10mins We had to ask for help & they didn’t have stock in the items we wanted in store, told us we had to go else where. Was shocked that they couldn’t just order it into the store for us.Really poor customer service, felt like we were annoying them by asking them to do their job.

Me and my partner are expecting our first child and went in to browse at the future items we need. Within the first 5 minutes of entering; beth asked us if we needed any assistance and provided us a complete walkthrough on exactly how to use items and what she would recommend, not recommending the most expensive products but instead recommending the ones that would suit our needs the most. With her amazing customer service it made what seemed to be a very daunting process very simple, and we are very excited to return. Can’t recommend beth enough!

Absolutely outstanding service!!!I cannot thank Sarah, (from the Baldivis store) Enough for going above and beyond to help me out today.No question was too big or small for her. With my 100 questions she showed me every single option, From pricing, Different styles, Even down to the exact measurements of A co-sleeper to fit the sheets.Absolutely amazing with a huge range Of quality baby products.I will definitely be going back.

A big Thankyou to kelli (sorry if I didn’t spell that correctly) from the baldivis store. She was very patient and didn’t seem bothered at all while I was taking my time & trying to figure out which pram I wanted and was a help where she could be. Will definitely be back to get the rest of baby’s stuff!
