Stay away. I used this company for a international shipping and their agent at the destination end was of no help and appears to have little experience. When I attempted to contact this company for help with their agent, they ignored ALL emails and ALL phone calls. End result, paid far too much money for the freight and customs clearance service. After weeks of waiting on confirmation of the clearance and port fees they estimated and extorted me to pay (or pay big money daily for demurrage) they have failed to supply. I did get to see one document which they made me pay and confirmed it was not an estimate, and they charged me 25% above that - so that was a lie. No scruples at all. And sadly, they are using the 'we are devout Christians' statement which they assume means they are honest. So far, the facts and proof I have seen tell me otherwise. This is the worst feedback I have ever left for anybody ..... but it is deserved.
