I had a really good experience. The furniture that I received (bed and tv unit) is solid wood throughout - exactly as expected. Nice finishing touches like curved edges on the bed ends so that you wont get hurt if you bump into it. Very beautiful and the bed was easy to assemble with no troubles. TV unit did not require assembly.Delivery men were lovely, and told me that SLH is a good company in terms of returns policy and customer service.Only negative point to mention is the joint in the bedhead has a carved line visible in parts of it - not sure what that is but it will be covered by the mattress and I don't think it's a structural issue.

Mould and deterioration! We spent nearly $4,000 on Molo Sunbeds and have been shocked to see how quickly and badly they have deteriorated and are now constantly covered in mould. We contacted SLH who advised us to sand and oil them which we spent an entire weekend doing but the mould has returned and now SLH are claiming that we used the wrong oil when we followed their specific advice. Have never seen any furniture let alone such expensive furniture deteriorate so rapidly and badly!

Saw some pieces online and came to the showroom to have a look before purchasing. Really satisfied with the quality of furniture.Also the staff was helpful and with lots of knowledge about the outdoor pieces (will save that for the next time)

Sacha, the co-owner of the business, was on the floor and ready to provide in-depth insights about the furniture. He has extensive knowledge about the manufacturers and nature of each piece. He is also very approachable and provided thoughtful interior design suggestions based on the different pieces that we were interested in. It was such a pleasant experience to walk into the showroom. The exhibitions and associated furniture are unpretentious, with a clean aesthetic and clear vision in terms of interior decorating.Liam, the deliverer and installer of our two beds, was highly efficient and very patient with our specific needs around the delivery in narrow corridors. The beds were installed professionally and look even greater than they looked in the showroom. Each bed comes with its associated toolkit and beautiful small accessories. I liked to hardwood look and grain of the vintage oak range. I contacted Sacha and bought a couple of outdoor stools. Very responsive to come back to me and the order was available for pick up super quickly. At pick-up, the guys in the warehouse were friendly and helpful getting the stools in the car. As for the stools, they are great quality and very comfortable. Great products and service.

Very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the Domani Desk purchased through SLH!After a long shipping delay the desk arrived but unfortunately was supplied with the incorrect length bolts which damaged the surface of the desk when assembled. SLH was very quick to resolve the issue by promptly replacing the desk with a new one.

Absolutely love our new dining table and side board from SLH. We ordered during the COVID lockdown yet it was still delivered promptly and Damian and the team were so easy to work with. Delivery was quick and easy too. The website photos really helped us decide what to buy and any questions we had were answered via email to make it such a smooth process. Thanks- will be back for our next piece!

Beautiful furniture. I bought the Taku bed and the owner and staff were very helpful. I chose to pick up the bed and assemble it myself, which was very straightforward and easy. The design of the bed is lovely and the dog thinks so too!

I had been looking for a good quality timber dining table for ages. I stumbled upon SLH via Life Interiors up the road and I have to say the experience even between those 2 stores was a positive shift when I walked into SLH. A much better showroom and I was greeted by Jay as soon as I walked in the door to start with. I had an idea of what I was after for a timber dining table, and Jay immediately helped guide me through the different options, timbers, sealants, whether my chosen chairs would fit, availability of the tables... the works! He was so patient, an absolute pleasure to deal with, and very knowledgeable about his products. Such beautiful furniture, craftmanship and quality. He went over and above to assist me and actually made what was becoming a chore of a purchase, something enjoyable to be investing in. Thank you for all of your assistance Jay!
