No Nonsense Helpful Agent. Glenn and his team were very helpful and professional right from the open home through to post auction, he even requested and delivered the original (1979) plan drawings from the owner for us which he didn't have to do. He's also offered free advice to us on a property we were selling at the same time. Would highly recommend engaging Glenn and his team weather you're buying or selling. 5 Stars!

Our real estate agent Glenn, had communicated with us during every step of our purchasing journey, negotiating the terms between the vendors and ourselves such as price and allowing us a 10 business day cooling off period. When there was an issue with changing the terms of the contract to vacant possession (as opposed to inheriting the property with a lease), Glenn had assisted and kept us updated with the vendors' situation throughout the process. Don't ever go to Brooks Sth Hurstville for rental, to lease, or as a landlord, or Tenant. We changed real estate and our lives are much better for it. I read a review on here that states Tenants beware ! I'd say definitely agree. Wish we had read these reviews sooner.
