an amazing place to spot planes, either taking off or landing depending on the runway selections for the day. get heaps of sunscreen tho as there isn’t much covered space to hide from the sun.

Great spot for watching the plans land and take off. Grab some Maccas from the BP up the road and chill while watching the plans. 3HR free parking facing the runway.

May have went at the wrong times but haven't seen any flights go over this spot. There is parking there but it is off the road and you need some clearance to get up the gutter (not recommended for lowered cars)

View is nice. You have to be lucky to see planes at a good angle. Parking area has rather coarse and bad shape ground, so low cars beware. A lot of people bring their little ones, but know that there are also smokers constantly, who smoke constantly. I’ve never been here and have a whole hour of non-stinky air.

If you going to be spotting at this spot please stay and park your vehicle on the other side of the airport fence so AFP dont need to speak to you. This spot is good when rwy 25 is in use. You might want to walk from T3 or drive with limited area for parking.

Excellent spot close to runway threshold, marred only by a high back fence that makes it difficult to get a nice photo. However when a decent wind blows from the west, all the aircraft line up for this runway - from A380s to Beechcraft Air Ambulances, so it's busy and exciting!
