Kids had fun, the package deal was pretty good.

Just had my son’s birthday party here and it was amazing. Such friendly, generous and helpful staff. Cool party bags included and great space where you can bring your own food for guests. Highly recommend!

Staff can't put a smile on their face when helping customers as if they hate their job. One of them was passive aggressive because he hates his life. Their machines don't work and games cost more compared to better arcades like timezone. You guys are a joke and can easily be replaced with more professional, happier employees that treat their customers right. Don't waste your money here.

I have unfortunately had multiple dodgy encounters at this arcade. Firstly, they did not load $5 when I gave them $5, instead they only gave me the $5 sign up bonus. Second, when I asked them to combine the money credit of two cards, they said they can't combine the money. Thirdly, when I asked them to combine the tickets from two cards, they put the tickets into the card with no money in it. I am still happy to go to the arcade, however I have not had any of these problems at Timezone. If they pay more attention to detail in the future, I am happy to readjust my rating.

Great games and even better staff. Highly recommend a visit!

It was 4 of us that we played there and could get an amazing number of points. We went to get our prizes, and that was when the misery started, staff was so rude. So obvious they hate their job. We asked one of the staff whose name was Andy" to get one of the toys which was at the top. He left and came back so angry for no reason he gave us that toy

The service was atrocious we waited 20 mins just to get a card. We put the money on and it didn’t work we lost 35 dollars. I am very disappointed with this place and do not recommend coming here

I come to iPlay at Castle Towers time and time again for the amazing service, great range of prizes and fun with my partner and friends at this arcade. Very local for me, very clean, great location, range of games, single and multiplayer, endless fun to be had! They even host kids birthday parties and they are open late at night. HUGE shout out to ANDY! He shows respect, kindness, and great customer service. He is the reason I look forward to coming back week after week. Andy has been lovely and helped me with my iPlay card topping up and always has a smile on his face, even when he is closing up for the evening. 5/5 stars from me. I will be back!
