Remedial Massage - Kate Louise Nathan

Kate is an amazing therapist and her studio is so warm and filled with positive and healing energy! Kate is professional and an excellent massage therapist who has assisted me to work on healing areas in my body that needed deep tissue work. I will definitely be going back for more sessions with kate and look forward to trying more of the amazing sessions she is offering at her studio in Richmond.

I have been with Kate for PT, massage, and dry needling for over 5 years. Kate’s services not only provide physical wellness but also mental wellness, treating me holistically regardless of what therapy/treatment she is doing. I cannot recommend her highly enough, with an ability for her to know what’s going on at the time with my body and mind - even when I am not sure of what I need! Kate is polite, and mindful of my needs, and we have established an excellent therapeutic rapport. I’ve observed the way she treats her other clients (as well as my daughter) with the same respect and expertise. I’ve never incurred an injury during our sessions together.

Kate is extremely talented and knowledgeable in all aspects of health and well being. Her skills in remedial massage are however outstanding! I had some very painful knots in my lower back which Kate worked on and it made such a huge difference afterwards. I could not recommend her enough. She is extremely professional and will make sure you are comfortable and a result is achieved.She always goes above and beyond for her clients. It's wonderful to be treated with respect and compassion and not just like another number.Her skills in personal training are particularly impressive also. Not only did I reach my desired outcome in less time than expected but I learned so much along the way. What you have taught me Kate is with me for life and that is priceless.Thank you so much.
