I asked for a quote on a fence for an easy 30m of fencing located in the same suburb as they are located. I went into the factory with photos/plans and spoke with the owner directly. Was mislead to believe they wanted to do the job and was waiting on a site inspection/measure up. No one ever came and was never contacted again. Couldnt even get quote. Complete waste of time! Contacted Talle Fencing" and had the entire job quoted and booked in within the hour."

I called to get a quote.spoke to a guy who didnt seem like he even wanted to ..then he turned up on dark to do the measure up..luckily I had a mud map allready prepared...THEN I NEVER HEARD BACK

The team at Frontline Fence, installed the very first Fitta Fence in this area to my property. They contacted the company and organised everything for me. Adam came to look at my job, and given that I was expecting delays due to the uncertainty around the Border closures at the time, and also the floods, that they were booked out in advance, they came at a timely manner to look at my job and give me a quote. Adam and his team had to work in extreme weather to get my job done, and also unfortunately had to deal with a disgruntled neighbor to which they helped me with to make peace. I was under a lot of stress, and Frontline Fences insured I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. The team that did my job, were a pleasure to work with, knowledgable and friendly and didn't stop working from the time they arrived to the time they left. my budget was tight, and Adam did all things possible to work to what I can afford. The Fence is amazing, it is an acoustic fence, worth every penny, and I get comments all the time , asking me about it and how nice it is. There are unforseen issues that can arise on anyones property that isn't the responsibility of the tradesmen, however, anything that needed to be fixed, was attended to without question. I can highly recommend this small family company to anyone needing Fencing for their property.

My experience with Frontline Fencing was a very positive one. From the start they were professional, friendly and prompt. The nice lady in the office knew what she was talking about and was happy to answer any queries I had. Also the guys who came to put up my 40m timber fence did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

We have 5 steps in the fence which is fairly flat with no consultation with us about that. Disregarded all request to where the fence should end or the colour. No site inspection to finalise work just a demand for the final payment. Main installer even quoted that it could have been done better. They didn't finish it and we have to pay the full amount cause they reported it to NCAT after 10 days we won't going to pay until completion. It wasn't worth the stress committed to pay out. The personal attacked by Emma and Allan after spending over $10K with them stating I couldn't afford it, that I was broke and I pretended to have money but don't. I do not know these people personally but now I know them from a personal experience. I felt racially profiled by Allan and Emma. Attacked personally Now we have an unfinished fence and not the fencing we requested. At the NCAT hearing they quoted that they have there many times before BE CAREFUL going through FRONTLINE FENCING TWEED HEADSIt shows in their reply. Thank Emma for the reply really showcases what frontline fencing stand for.

Came, did quote, told me he had ordered products then heard nothing. Waited three weeks and made several phone calls and texts, before we organised someone else who had the job done in less than a week.

Installed fence, surveyor pegs in, boundary plan supplied. Installed the fence encroached on council land.During installation, they used damaged off cuts and steps made out of modular walls glued together. Other Trades on site said it was dodgy work and had to rip the steps out as they crumbled under foot.They have an excuse for all their dodgy work and put it back on the owners, as you can see in their review responses.NCAT for us also
