Good customer service, friendly, well set out. Would love a coffee to sip while inbetween using the driving range, not a beer or soft drink kinda girl!Will be back!

Had an hour booked on the Big Swing simulator and told the guy I also wanted to do a fitting for some new clubs. Two 7 irons got brought over to try and then no one came to see me or follow up for an hour (store wasn’t busy). Someone finally came over and showed me to a row of club sets and said they are all pretty much the same. The guy couldn’t have seemed more disinterested if he tried. Will be going elsewhere to purchase the clubs.

Went in to buy a new set of clubs for my Partner. Chris got him sorted, they've updated the shop and you can have practice shots and test out the Clubs. They're putting a bar in soon so looking forward to that. As a non golfer, even I'd give it a go.Can't thank Chris enough for his help, professionalism, looking after us so well and great prices. Thanks Chris and Drummond Golf, we'll be back.

I went in to trade my old clubs. I was given honest and non-biased advice that really paid off. I'm very thankful for the service and the ability to test the clubs on the simulator before committing to buy them. I really like the rewards program they offer.I'll definitely be back there to buy all sorts of things that I'm sure I don't NEED.

I'm a very fast shopper. I needed shoes. I was served quickly by a young fella. I tried on 2 pairs, chose 1, then got to the 'checkout' and he had the pair which I didn't choose ($40 more). Luckily for him I had to be 200km away in 2 hours. I told him that he'd stuffed up and sadly, I paid and bolted. Not a good listener or a very smart up-seller.

I ordered a driver and was told 6-8 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since placing the order. I called up at one point and the person on the phone scoffed at me. Called last week and was told that it would be here this week. Still haven't received a call. Called the store today and they still don't know where it is.

Walked around the store three times slowly, whilst staff played on the golf machine, another packed up and told his fellow workers he was leaving early. I was looking for wet weather gear but didn't see any hanging up or on shelves. Who knows if they had some? I counted 5 staff, Not serving anyone, ignoring my presence. Maybe they reached their budgets. Maybe they are owners who are super rich that they don't need the money. All I know is Customer Service was non existent Anyway walked out, none the wiser. Damn, I have to go back though as I have a $100 voucher to spend.Maybe could use it online? Hmmm.

Had a staff member be quite arrogant and offensive. Another member was very helpful and helped us choose an awesome ping driver.Pretty awkward visit.
