Thx Tom and his crew for their assistance with our home renovation in Keilor East. Our house was cared for as if it were his own, and he wanted everything to function properly and appear just fantastic. Stefanie in the office took care of us from the start so well, was very welcoming which we appreciate. Tom was really patient and worked very hard with us during the entire process. Our home's kitchen & the cabinetry in the bedrooms & other spaces were meticulously custom-designed to begin with. He actually paid attention to our ideas, gave us input on them, & then, when it made sense, implemented them. I'd give it 10 stars if it were possible.

I was turned away at other locations because apparently I did not have enough money to spend, but when I found this company-I was offered luxury for such a minimal cost. They didn't treat me badly because my budget wasn't high, they worked with me and took their time. Exceptional customer service

I would highly recommend these guys. The team is extremely helpful and answered all my queries. Everything was high quality and competitive prices. My vanity and benchtops, plus all the tapware, showerhead and cabinetry are A+! A highly reputable company that does not disappoint in quality and workmanship. Installation was a breeze and they worked around my schedule as I'm a busy mother of 4. You can tell this team has a real understanding of what a person desires, and that they have experience in this field. Again, I highly recommend them and I will be coming back for a renovation on my rental property that I'll be buying in a few months.

Tom is a genuine man who promised me a luxury design for the lowest price, and that's what I received. His team is also very kind, and everyone treats you like family. Very impressed with my bathroom features which include heated towel rails and under tile heating. I'm never, ever cold. Now I look forward to wintertime.
