Extremely rude, arrogant young man on the counter, who very aggressively spoke to my 5 year old granddaughter for tapping on the fish tank. One:, she’s 5 and can’t read, two: if she’s doing something wrong address me not her, three: you have no idea what someone may have experienced and the trauma response you trigger with your harsh words. It cost’s nothing to be kind. Your staff should learn the 3 ps of customer service, professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. Needless to say I will never spend one dime in this shop.n

The chicken was fully cooked, but only just. I'm one who likes to nibble the bones and there's no joy in that unless the bones get a decent cook. The Fish and Chips were workmanlike but for a premium price, I expected better.

Ordered fish and chips. Was horrible. Fish was oily and batter fell off. Chips were dry and tasted like they have been reheated. Asked for chicken salt, got no salt. Corn jack was overcooked.So disappointed when I drove 20 minutes to Mt Barker, so a 40-50 minute round trip. Spent $46 for oily and dry food.Safe to say we won't be back in a hurry.I give 2 stars because we have always had mostly positive experiences in the past.

Highly recommend the yiros packs. Their combination of sauces is amazing and the chips were great.

Usually have really good standard food from here. However, they've changed the chips since we last went and you can tell that the quality is nowhere near to what they used to be. Quite soggy and tasted like they'd been reheated. It would put me off from ordering from there again tbh.

I ordered delivery and also live at the top of a hill in a rather obscure spot, the food arrived earlier than expected and was Delicious and the delivery drivers were very polite.

I really like the venue. Service is fast. Seems to be popular with tradies. I found the place specifically for yiros becuse im looking for a takeout option that is not deep fried, and lowish in carbs , and I love yiros. I ordered a yiros, as take away, and sadly discovered it had mayo instead of garlic sauce, which changed the whole yiros experience.Idk if it was a mistake or a substitute. It's my second yiros from there, the first was very gristley. I need to find an alternative option I think.

Disappointed. 4 meals. ByTold pick up in 20 mins. Got there early but meal was cold when arrived home. Only 1 km away. Also grilled fish was dry overcooked bits. Les
