Where to start.Im on the methadone program and just about every month without fail they would lose my script.One month I had the script sent 3 times and they still couldn't find one, and when they did it was the very first script sent.Also amazes me is some of the staff have only fans sites(look it up if you don't know what it is).So if you like been stressed out each time you go in as you just don't know if they are going to have your script or not.This is the chemist for you.

Generally good service but have waited more than a day several times now for sms scripts with no information given. Today again I have waited since yesterday for my scripts to be ready. I rang to check they were before heading in only to be told I couldn’t come in and get my medications I had to wait till I got a message from the app with no timeframe given. Hours later got a message to say one of my medications is unavailable with no timeframe given of when it will be available in the message. So my options Christmas Eve afternoon are?

The staff were very lovely, very helpful. Got my flu shot there, overall great experience. What brought this down to a 3 star review, was the fact that the pharmacist didn't sanitize their hands or wear gloves in my presence

Excellent service, very helpful & kind. But unfortunately last time I was there. Not the same the young lady's cashiers are very nice. But the pharmacists seem 2 change alot. & 4get who u r after attending 2days a wk 4 a few weeks. Still had trouble with finding my info on there system. . Aswell as feeling. Judging me.

Staff not at all helpful asked for a specific medication and was given generic brand without being asked. Wasn’t told only received half my prescription medication until I asked why only two boxes instead of three told other would be in next day but was charged for item . Went back next day hadn’t arrived demanded my script and money back so I could go to another chemist as I required to medication for that day . So much for communication Priceline won’t be shopping here again

Very nice staff members. Efficient much like myself. I am always aware of any staff member who has little knowledge of the product they are selling especially when it comes to health and well being. My husband and I would be happy to return to this Chemist if need be. Keep up the good work. because there is so much competition within the Chemist industry especially in this area.

Never going there again, we were told it would be 15 minutes wait, that was okay I sat down there to wait, 25 mins later my husband said to staff we are still waiting, someone had put it on the shelf behind the counter and we had not been called, we had meat in the car not happy Jan.we were charged an extra dollar at the cashier, why don't know.Going back to our priceline at Northlakes, better service.

For the last couple months I have been receiving outstanding service at this store. I finally took note of his name tag as I felt I needed to rave about him. Thankyou Cody! As a previous retail store manager I thoroughly appreciate good service in this day and age. You're approachability, professionalism and product knowledge resulted in spending myself $100 while I waited for my script.
