Timezone Craigieburn - Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Kids Birthday Party Venue

I celebrated my sons birthday at Craigieburn Timezone and we had loads of fun. Addison and Sanuja were great hosts, so friendly and helpful. They were there from the very start ready for us as soon as we came in and helped with organising the kids for play and laser tag. They also helped with setting up the food, cutting and serving the cake to kids and parents. Took care of all the cleaning up. They even took some great photos. Sanuja made sure I didn't pay more than necessary and only charged me as and when the kids arrived so I didn't have to pay for those who didn't make it at the last minute. I only had to pay for laser for the number of kids who participated although all the guest had the option, some wanted to keep on playing the games.We had great feedback from the kids and parents, that they had great fun. I want to thank Sanuja and Addison for all their help and support and for being awesome hosts.

Mariam made our party so interesting. With her help we were able to navigate free of stress. She is so sweet and intiavitr. Shr manage the party very well. Looking forward to have another one just because of her. Thanks Timezone and thanks Mariam

We hosted a birthday party at timezone recently. Best decision ever. The kids and adults alike loved it! Hayden was our party host and he absolutely nailed it. From the time we arrived till the time we left Hayden pretty much coordinated and ran the event for us. The entire event ran smoothly. The package was awesome - the kids enjoyed 1.5 hour of unlimited game play before being escorted to the party room for the party cake. The party area was a decent size and had a fridge to keep the drinks and cake cool. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to host a kid's birthday party!

I had a great experience at timezone Craigieburn. We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday there. The two host Emaan and Seneshka were absolutely a delight to deal with. They looked after 22 kids very professionally and the kids had a lot of fun. When these girls are there you don’t even have to worry about anything. They were helping us from looking after the kids, to serving food and even cutting the cake for us. Timezone Craigieburn you have a great bunch of staff and u should be very proud off. Thanks Emaan and Seneshka for making Ansh’s birthday a memorable one.

I was invited here on a date with the latest man in my life. His daughter was having a few games of laser tag with her friends to celebrate. I invited my son along for the occasion as I felt it would be a good family bonding moment.Due to a past injury I sustained in another laser tag arena, I could not enter the game. I tried working through it with my therapist for weeks but ultimately the trauma I sustained to my eye and person previously was too much.I decided to play some games with my son as he too was plagued with fear that the kids would gang up on him and cause temporary blindness. We played a few games which were great but then he got bored. I suggested he play on the car games to get up some hours for his learners test. Unfortunately later we found out from his instructor that these hours don't count, even though I was supervising him.The food served for the party was quite tasty but the party pie gave my tongue a third-degree burn. On the other hand, the sausage roll was still frozen inside which was great for my tongue burn.Overall a pleasant visit. I think it might be worth investing in a better car game that can be used for learner drivers towards their test though.

Saneshha is the sweetest person ever! She played games with the kids, helped served food and made sure we all had good time! The kids had awesome time! She was very good with kids, very patient with them and hyped them up, We appreciate her hard work and dedication. Thanks you so much.

We had our 9 yo daughters party with 10 of her friends, cousins and brother and sister. We were looked after by Sara who went above and beyond to ensure our party ran to schedule but more importantly looked after the birthday girl and her little brother throughout the day. She was attentive to our needs, caring and was very engaging. Thanks for making it such a memorable day Sara.

The staff members at the Craigieburn centre in Victoria are absolutely amazing! You should be very proud to have employees like these young people and I hope they receive recognition for their kindness, patience, hard work and all round for being wonderful human beings! Honestly I am 41 years old and NEVER!!! Honestly never have I been shown so much kindness and compassion by staff at any establishment of any kind. These people have gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy and looked after. James, Caitlyn, Andre from Broadmeadows and Bianca are a few of the names of the staff that helped make today an unbelievable experience. I am so grateful to them and I would love to do something nice for all the staff members there at Craigieburn involved in Williams party. I honestly cannot thank them enough. Please make sure they know that they have made a very big difference to not only me but my little boy too. Thank you so very much. Emma
