Walked in interested in buying things for my winter Europe trip. Looked at the socks, holding one to feel the quality, then left it and went to another section. The female employee followed me and in an accusatory way asked me what I did with the socks I was holding? In a very rude way basically accusing me of taking them when I'm literally still shopping, like what customers do? I was empty handed and had a small purse, and said I put them back, I have nothing on me, she can look. She looked me up and down and gave an unpleasant look, walking away dissatisfied.I felt offended, looked down on, and definitely racially profiled. I'd like this company to know I work in business and know the law, and making false accusations of a shopping customer who's still within your premises is an offence and can have heavy penalties on your business as a whole. If she insisted, it wouldn't have ended well. But I'd like other customers to take this into account before spending money there.Ended up walking out even though I was going to spend hundreds of dollars there, not just on socks.

Extremely disappointing service. Dropped my board off for a wax 2 weeks before flying to NZ, the sales clerk said it needed to be serviced. A week before flying I called on 4 different occasions and wasn't ready yet, but was assured it would be done on time. I came in the day before my flight and it still wasn't ready, so had to wait for them to put a wax on, which is what I originally wanted anyway. Didn't even get an apology from the guy at the counter, just a smug smirk...

Highly rate the team, contacted snowbiz with some questions over Facebook, responded well and worked with me on what suited me best to make my purchase. In house staff were great, I will definitely return for anymore gear I need in the future

All of the staff are very helpful and accommodating to people of all skill levels in snow sports and electric scooters/bikes. Great prices and servicing on all products.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for electric scooters, electric bikes, and any kind of snow gear.

Charged me $90 to change my tyre. This was during a service that came with the bike I bought. Ok that's fine if you want to add extra to change the tyre but 3 hours..... Insane. Plus they still haven't returned my tread, plus the service wasnt correct I had to remove the tyre myself to secure the mud guard. I went to then as I wanted to support an independent bike" shop but I was fleeced. Would not recommend."

I’m a super satisfied customer. From the first contact by phone to picking up the foldable ebike the service from all the staff at Snowbiz but particularly, Lennie, was first class. This is our first ebike so we’d done some research and finally chose a Leitner. I spoke to the sales customer service at Leitner directly and that was also an excellent experience and they suggested I visit Snowbiz, their agent in Brisbane. We live out of Brisbane so I made an initial contact by phone which was a hugely positive experience. I then made the purchase over the phone as well. After that I had to make a few changes and nothing was too much trouble.The bonus as far as I was concerned about buying the bike at Snowbiz is that it came already assembled so that took a lot of the concern about buying something I’d have to put together out of the equation. When I picked up the bike the sales staff were extremely patient showing me how it worked and exactly how the bike folded and let me do it myself. Then as an added extra Snowbiz offer a first service for free after 200 kilometres.Thanks Lennie and the whole team at Snowbiz. You made things so easy.

They repaired the Ebike very well, but I wasn't told that my battery doesn't work after a long time. I understand that it takes time, especially beginning from the holiday season, but I feel it would have been nice to see more general communication.
