I had an amazing experience at Mini Garage Canberra and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. The service and quality of the cars are truly exceptional. Besides, the sales representative, Margherita, was particularly helpful. She was knowledgeable about the cars and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Margherita was a gem to work with, was a great listener and understood what I wanted without at all being pushy. My car even came early and she was so sweet in keeping me updated along the way. When the car came, she ran through everything with me and she’s just a all round happy and kind person. I had a fabulous experience and I am a MINI fan for life!

Really friendly and great service. We arrived on a whim and were able to test drive a mini electric hatch. Great little car and just what we were after. By chance one was available at short notice. Margherita was so helpful, her communication was great responding quickly to our questions and helping us get NSW stamp duty exemption. Highly recommended.

Great Mini Owner Open Day 2020On 10th of Oct 2020, Rolfe Classic Mini Garage hosted a Mini Owner Open Day for all mini owners and their families. Great experience and lot of fun. First the reception is at the BMW service center, quick check-in and free food and drinks. The nice mechanic Steve helped me to go through the detail service steps of my car and provided his professional opinion of needed maintaince and service. After all detailed explaination, Steve even gave me a free car wash inside and outside. During the waiting, Rolfe even let us to have a ride of the the two BWM i8, GREAT AND FAST riding experience.Overall, I will give Rolfe Classic Mini 5/5, since 2017 I bought my Mini Countryman from them, I always had great experience with them.

I would certainly recommend the team at Rolfe Classic Mini Garage, without hesitation. I have had the pleasure of purchasing two Minis from Rolfe Classic now, one from existing stock and one as a custom order. Both times I was blown away by the outstanding service, thorough communication, close attention to detail, and all-round personalised experience. Hayden, Nick and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and well-informed throughout each stage of the processes, even during the current pandemic and its associated impacts. The staff are great, as are the mechanics. However. I do a lot of personal maintenance on my car, because just about nothing is covered in the service package. Even when the car says it's due for a service - apparently it's not. Don't buy the service package, because all you'll get is a very expensive car wash, and a very unhappy car.
