Not sure what all the negative reviews were about. Just took the test today. Easy parking, clear signage, professional staff. Equipment and software worked properly. Each room had about 7-8 test takers. Was worried about the noise coming from other people but the headset was great. Once I had the headset on I could barely hear other people. No water in the room but the speaking section was first so it didn't matter much for me. Result came back after 2 hours. Everything was a breeze.

I was a little afraid after read all the negative reviews as this is also the first time I’m doing a PTE test. However, it turns out very good, they have a clear check-in process for candidates, equipments meet the standard, service is friendly enough, you cannot go to a test centre and ask them to treat you as a staffs working in a 5-star resort right? Keep up the good work and thank you all for a good treat.

Paid parking and get distracted by the staff during the test. However, the noise and distraction is not the problem of staff here but it’s a problem with test structure. One way to resolve this issue is to introduce glass cabins so that candidates don’t get distracted and Pearson can monitors it’s test centre as well.

I took my first ever PTE exam here recently. The building was easy to locate and access for me didn’t had any issues as mentioned in earlier reviews. The staff was very friendly gave me my locker and keys in 5 minutes of my arrival. However i do recommend getting atleast 40 mins earlier than your exam time as it was getting bit more crowded afterwards. The equipment was good had no technical issues and was up to PTE standards. The best part was that i got my results in exact 2 hours after finishing my exam. The one thing i want to mention is I didn’t checked this on internet but they didn’t let anyone bring their water bottles inside the exam hall no matter a clear bottle or labelled. Overall was a good experience and i got 90,85,82,90

Extremely bad service. The staff is very unprofessional and not helpful. I took the test in this centre on 21st of January and the microphone of the headset was not working. I called the invigilator 2 times and they said they don't have spare headset and that I have to speak LOUDLY. I told them I'm not comfortable with microphone not working properly but they insisted that I give the test with the headset regardless.I contacted the official persons support but those guys were even worse and it has been a month but they haven't given me any helpful answer.PTE had the most pathetic service but this centre particularly is the worst of them all. Choose PTE or this centre if you want to waste your time, money and resources.

I started getting nervous on the day of exam after looking at the reviews.For me, it was a wonderful experience. Staff is helpful and they know what they are doing.Equipment were good, no issues at all.Appeared in exam, received results after two hours.. Overall good experience.No need to stress regarding anything except your own preparation.

Overall the staff are friendly and professional. Received result instantly. Clear instructions given throughout the exam.However i did realise that one of the staff only checked on female to ensure they turn their phone off; but didn't ask the same questions to the other male who were also taking exams. I hope this is just an one off case.

How can we enter the building it was locked. I came here weeks before my exam to understand the centre but doors won't open

I recently took an exam at this venue and I find the staff was friendly and helpful. Getting to the venue was a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet it was. It made for a great testing environment and I really appreciated the staff's positive attitude.
