Amazing customer service, catana rod tip snapped and was exchanged for a new catana. Lovely help and no nagging needed.Lady with green necklace was lovely during the whole exchange!

Pleasantly surprised at how much better it is than some of the city stores and plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful despite a small problem with a promotion and computer glitch. They got me sorted out quickly. Highly recommended.

Waited at the counter while two senior women talked and totally ignored myself and others waiting in line to be served! I dropped my shopping and walked out ! All that was needed was a quick look up and to say they won’t be long or just serve the people that pay their wages.

Came in today to look into action cameras and ended up having an amazing chat with one of the staff members about the insta360 cameras. He, and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and were clearly interested in their products; I was talking with Deiter for probably over an hour, and he contrasted the pros and cons of a few models INCREDIBLY well

I don't think I picked the optimal time (just before Xmas) to have my first, and probably only, visit to this store. I was on a mission with a specific item in mind. Found it, purchased it, left. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy store with very helpful staff. Jai was very helpful and blew up a mattress that wasn't on display so we could see what it looked like.
