Elite homes delivered 2 town houses in the Oakleigh area in the time frame he estimated. He is an excellent project manager and communicates well through out every build stage. The finished product was beyond my expectations and i would work with him again on future projects.

I purchased an off the plan property which was built by Elite Homes.Throughout the build, Amit organised a couple of walk throughs and was very flexible with upgrades / extras and provided great suggestions.During the final inspection, several defects came up, however, only the paint work was remedied before I moved in, which I still think is somewhat rough for my standards.Once I moved in, Amit was very helpful in getting the trades organised to remedy all the defects promptly. Other than having squeaky floorboards replaced twice it was a very easy, straightforward and hassle free process.The only feedback I can provide is to allocate more time for quality checks as a lot of the issues I had can easily be avoided.Overall, Elite Homes Victoria provided unparalleled customer service, all in a timely manner. I am very happy with how everything turned out.

Ihad the honour of buying one of Amits house of the plan and let me tell you, it was the best decision my wife and i ever made.The town house we bought was constructed in such a beautiful wayTall ceilings and beautiful American oak floor boards. Lots off space in the living area the bathrooms were amazing with lots of space and the tilling was done amazing.We have had no issues with the house so far. Built 2 townhouses with Elitehomes, it was our first townhouse and journey was smooth with good knowledge and experience. I have built two townhouse with elite homes Victoria. The entire journey was smooth. It was my first project and I was helped and guided in all the process of construction. They are also prompt in fixing any defects post handover. The project was completed on time. They also accepted, suggested and guided slight modifications during the journey of construction. Amit was very helpful and provided good advice.Things to improve: may be a little bit of extra time for quality check would have been nice.My overall experience was excellent.I would recommend Elite homes Victoria for any service.
