After years of dieting I am so happy to have found Lisa. Lisa is a very knowledgeable dietician who has given me wonderful advice on how to break the diet mindset and live a healthier life. She is a very good listener and is very empathetic. Her advice has been very easy to implement into my life. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone. I wish I had met her earlier!

Lisa is an amazing dietitian and has helped me change a lot about the way I think in relation to my eating habits. My mindset is so much healthier now which not only benefits me but will benefit my children. She helped me change some unhealthy behaviors that had been ingrained in me for years. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their health and mindset surrounding eating habits.

Lisa is a very talented, knowledgeable and empathetic health professional that really knows how to cut through all the 'dietary noise and misconceptions' that exist. Lisa has helped and encouraged me to live a healthier and better life free from the shackles of diets with their rules, that I keep failing at; which is life changing stuff! By working with Lisa I have lost weight (without a diet!). I would highly recommend anyone who has kept failing at diets to have a meeting with Lisa.
