New manager here has always been lovely! I've never seen or heard her be anything but welcoming and helpful. Smallish store, but knowledgeable staff who know what they have on hand, have good suggestions and go above and beyond to help source products from other stores if you need.

Staff here are always friendly and willing to help. Great range of bags, backpacks, suitcases, wallets and travel accessories. Their travel accessories include RFDI and anti-theft handbags, cross body bags and backpacks. Have been very happy with all my purchases.

Usually never have an issue with stranbags anywhere, always good range and prices. Yesterday whilst being served by the lady she made a comment whilst I was waiting for her to scan my voucher code that she’s already done it and do I wanna work hard or….. with a look of… or harder…. You were very welcoming however I left feeling a little belittled so maybe brush up on some customer service skills. I’ll return however not if you’re working at the time.
