Stefano is fantastic. He's so friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. I really enjoy visiting regardless if it's a clean, a crown or fillings. Reception are always smiling and helpful too. Highly recommend!!

I have just had a number of treatments from Dr Natasha at Northshore Dental and Oral Health. It's been a remarkable experience to be in the hands of a Dentist who is so thorough, and so caring, and genuinely wanting the best for me as a patient. I'll be definitely staying with her as a patient from now on. I don't think I have ever met a dentist like this before who is so keen to do the best job possible for you as a patient, and shows genuine care and interest in you. Also, Katrina (Front Office Coordinator), has been fabulous in coordinating my visits and times. Not only is she professional, but she is wonderful in the way she makes you feel so comfortable, and her politeness and genuine caring manner and friendliness to you is just amazing. Thank you to both of you for making my visits to your Dental Center such a pleasant and comfortable experience. Also, even though I was not dealing with the other young lady on the desk, she also does a great job there with her happy and positive attitude in her manner of dealing with patients also. Both of these ladies on the desk are so refreshing to deal with. Thank you Dr Natasha, Katrina, and the other staff of Northshore Dental and Oral Health for looking after me :-)

My first visit to Northshore Dental and Oral Health today. I had Dr Sunveer Bhupal. The receptionist staff were really welcoming and helpful. Sunveer was terrific and explained everything to me and further treatment I will need. I definately will be going back to complete my treatment with Sunveer.

I used to loathe dentist appointments !!!!!The team at Northshore have drastically altered that viewpoint.I cannot recommend them highly enough.The young ladies (T and M) reduce my stress and are so calming in their actions. They are HIGHLY professional, courteous to everybody and empathic of patients' needs.Fears and pain are minimized by these understanding staff.Give these saints a try and be very pleasantly surprised.Mark

My treatment with NSD started 12mths ago, due to been so terrified of dentists my teeth had deteriorated so much to no return. I had no choice but to make an appointment to have a consultation to determine where to from here. After reading reviews I chose NSD. this was the best decision made. I cannot fault NSD, from the front reception staff to the dentist and dental assistant they all treated you like real person, they were professional, caring, transparent, friendly, excellent communication, nothing was ever a problem. My dentist Arjun and his assistant were absolutely amazing and I would give them both 20/10 . Arjun understood my fear and my anxiety levels, he communicated during each process, he was gentle professional and caring as was he dental assistant. If you are afraid of dentists please go see NSD you will not regret it, I highly recommend this NSD and the awesome team, it is nice to visit a business that treats you like a real person.

I have always been listened to & treated with utmost respect at Taft Dental Pacific Paradise, by all staff.In particular, Dr Natasha’s kind, considerate manner of relaxing me by explaining exactly the problems she sees & how she means to approach my treatment & any discomfort I may encounter while being treated.Ongoing care at home is clearly explained & I always feel confident about approaching the Surgery with any emergency problems.She has earned my complete trust.

I am so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to me at this practice. The administrative team were super helpful, professional and very kind. I can’t thank enough Dr Natasha and her assistant Lara for the care they gave me. Also a thank you to Dr Taff who gave me some advice when I rang the emergency number on Sunday.Along with the pain I was experiencing I have horrible anxiety with dental procedures and these guys were brilliant! The entire team at Northshore dental were amazing.Dr Saphirre and her assistant Jess, were gentle, patient, and professional. They both made me feel calm and at ease while going through a complex procedure ( many procedures actually) and most importantly, it was PAIN FREE!I previously had an extreme dislike of dentist visits , Northshore dental has turned that around. I recently had a troublesome tooth that eventually required extraction.The staff at Northshore Dental were fantastic in helping me through the process. From assessment to opinion to eventual advice for removal. From the caring front office staff through to the 3 attending skilled dentists each helping me to a satisfactory result. A great job from them all. From my experience I would definitely recommend their practice.

Saw Dr Sunveer Bhupal today and the service was outstanding, best dental experience of life! He was kind, really listened, and did an amazing job taking my fixed retainer out. He took great care to make sure that I was happy. The receptionist and hygienist were both absolute gems as well. 100/100 would recommend
