Slowest service, one person serving and several waiting. Girl serving not in any hurry. Sub not wrapped properly and ingredients spilling out all over the place. I doubt I'll ever get another subway again

Usally I'd give a five star all round but on this occasion o have to say a three for service as the two workers was busy talking to each other more often then serving and we'll it didn't help I needed a toilet after 5 children my bladder not the best anymore lol...

Teach ziggy how to make a toastie pleeeeeeease..........Had to show him how to make it then overcharged me 14.70 for 2 toasties and a milk drinkThe prices are different everytime aswell

Ulverstone subway is excellent for decent size subs. The staff are great and so polite and the store is always clean. Always fresh rolls available and not over done. Actual decent fillings from here. Well worth the money.

Food was fine, very disappointed I couldn't get a cup of tea at 5.30pm, as the barista had left. If I had have known that when ordering sub I would have gone else where. I would have been happy with a teabag and hot water, will make sure next time if I use your store again.

Had a terrible experience yesterday, asked for salad bowl, staff said they don't have mixing bowl, requested for cutleries- staff said they have no cutleries at all. Don't know how to eat salad without any cutleries. Fillings were also not all available as per the price paid. Asked for receipt, machine was not working. Had not good experience.

Was ordering subs today from a lady with red hair no name tag on. She proceeded to tell me in a very stern voice that I should have told her the correct name in the types of food I was ordering for my subs. Then she processed to almost put what I had asked for on the wrong subs, she also said that today was a slow day as they only had made 42 subs to a co worker as boasting how she had it relaxing and easy day as she did have to tidy up but the salad bar was an absolute mess items of food were mixed in other trays.

Always loved subways probably the best value for money out of all the main fat food big names & healthier than any of the others also for $10 you can get a meal which is impossible anywhere else
