I have never visited a garden centre/supplier that does not offer a delivery service and I have purchased garden supplies, literally from the top of the country to the bottom. A few years ago, I was able to receive numerous deliveries from Riviera Garden Supplies but as of April 3, 2023, a firm refusal to deliver. I was offered a courtesy trailer, but as in the past, I wished to order quite a large delivery and a courtesy trailer simply was inappropriate. The attitude I encountered verged on rude, disinterested and about as far from cooperative as one could encounter. How odd, particularly as I had made numerous purchases in the past. As the saying goes, one votes with their feet and I will never deal with Riverina Garden Supplies again. Wow, how can any business operator function with such an atrocious attitude? I suppose the consistent lack of cars in the car park and the resultant lack of feet through the door answers my question.
