I needed a waterproof bag and after searching online I found Surflogic. The US distributor did not have any stock of the 30L Surf back pack. So I contacted Surflogic Australia to see if they would ship to Canada. Anyways, my first contact with Surflogic was through Amanda. She helped me with my order and even went as far as tracking my package delivery. Due to this global pandemic, my package left Australia without any issues until it landed somewhere in Canada where it stayed in quarantine or just held up for who knows how long. Amanda kept following up with the status of my order even though the package was no longer the responsibility of Australia Post or Surflogic Australia. This was the best shopping experience I have ever had from almost across the world. I highly recommend dealing with Surflogic Australia and especially with Amanda. Her customer service surpassed my expectations. And their quality of their goods are outstanding. Cheers!

Got the Surf Logic long Roof rack pads and they have been great. Carry a heap of windsurfing gear and they protect the boards really well.Customer service was great - got shipped and delivered in just a few days. Highly recommended.

Sadly ordered the wrong size lock box not reading the rest of description which is 100% my fault. Unfortunately their customer service won’t refund me or even exchange the product for me which I’m happy for either or. Instead offering me 10% off if I order another one. The only thing wrong is I took the lock box out of its plastic packaging. The rest is brand new and never used. Disappointing to say the least. So this is a warning for everyone as they won’t help you out.

The Surflogic Waterproof Seat covers are fantastic. Being able to slip them over the seats as required keeps your car dry and sand free.. Also great for people with wet pets
