We have used BWG for all our building projects and found them very competitively priced, easy to deal with and after sales care was great and responsive when we needed a fly screen refitted or a lock adjusted they assisted within 7 days.

We are very happy with our windows from BWG. Great looking, great quality and great service. A special highlight to Ben who helped us with our order. He went above and beyond in his service to give us such insightful and helpful advice when finalizing our windows. He was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process.

Do not use these guys, they are terrible. Rude, unhelpful and refuse to take ownership of their mistakes. Use at your own peril.

Hi, we have used BWG for an entire 3 story house with AWS Vantage many years ago with a great result. The assistance both pre and post sales was as should be expected and the product was manufactured to a very high quality. In a recent major renovation we employed a named architect and reputed top end builder, who then choose to source our windows from a South Coast AWS manufacturer. We choose to use double glazed IGU's with a special Lightbridge coating. Not only were the windows badly made, poorly manufactured, the installation was a shambles. Eighty percent of the windows were glazed back to front projecting heat into the house rather than blocking it. The manufacturer (NSW South coast) refused to speak with us as we were not the builder and the builder walked away. Despite BWG not having supplied or manufactured the windows they came out and re-glazed (reversed) the double glazed units in a day. They were professional, respectful and appropriately priced for the work, despite taking on someone else' problem. We have another 4 rooms to upgrade and we will be insisting on the provider that they use windows from BWG and no one else.

I recently walked into the showroom of BWG in Narrabeen to be met by the sales lady, Sam. I was wanting to get some info on sliding doors and windows.I had used the company eight years ago and despite being highly disappointed by them, I thought I would give them another try. Previously, I had ordered sliding windows to be fitted on a narrow enclosed balcony wall and had specifically requested no handles, as i was fitting plantation shutters to the interior of the windows and there wouldn't be enough space for handles, as well as the shutters. The windows were delivered a few weeks later and to my dismay, with protruding handles!I phoned the manager in Narrabeen and he replied, it wasn't his problem!I contacted one of the directors and he too, was not prepared to rectify the problem. In desperation, I was forced to resolve the problem myself, which i did by installing the windows with the handles to the exterior of the building.So, BWG never resolved the problem and I had to just accept the latter!My more recent experience at their showroom and the lack of service was just unbelievable. I asked Sam to be show me a few of their products, to which she replied that she was just about to eat her lunch and had another customer coming in in 10 minutes and she had no time. So, just pointed in the direction of the sliding doors, so she could continue eating her lunch.I left her a diagram of the work i needed quoted on and left.A few days ago, I phoned her just to check that she was up to speed with the few changes I had made. Again, I was told by her that she was busy and again, I explained that i purely phoned to check if she had received my changes and i wouldn't take much of her time. The next thing the two of us are talking to each other with raised voices over the phone and i'm told, to take my business elsewhere!My advice to anyone out there who is reading this, is to take their advice and take your business elsewhere!"
