Unfortunately wasted an hour of my time in the morning waiting for my appointment booked 3 weeks in advanced and had to leave. Was given explanation that the staff attempted to contact me a day before to confirm it but couldn't get through as my number was incorrectly recorded. Apparently just a coincidence of unfortunate events, although things can be done differently to avoid such happenings in the future.

This practice is wonderful. Excellent support staff led by Dr Siang - who is a brilliant clinician with world class skills and a commitment to honest, ethical pain free service. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. My considerable pain stopped as soon as treatment began. Most highly recommended.

Great Practice . Dr Hsu and his team fit me in when I was in pain and treated me professionally and with great care. Ran me through the procedure and what shape my teeth were prior. Would highly recommend their services

Options and cost clearly explained. Friendly and empathetic staff who made me felt at ease. I felt I was being very well looked after by Dr Hsu. Would recommend him to all my friends.
