Wynnum Towbars

This is a honest fair dinkum business. They have set up two cars for me with Andersen plugs. I had problems powering a tilt trailer and they were fantastic in helping me get it right. Leo even rang me a few weeks later to ask if it was all working. I highly recommend these guys. Price is right. Workmanship is right. And they do what they say when they say.

Disappointed as they didn't listen to my request to solder the wires in for the trailer plug. They used scotch locks to crimp into the lume.Fitted a used tow bar that had been oversprayed black. When the paint scratched & chipped off, you could see the rust beneath.$420 wasted. Never again.

Absolutely blown away by my experience with Leo and Matt. They provided an honest, highly competitive quote and backed it up with great service and a can-do attitude. They had to custom make my bar as it’s for a slightly older vehicle – but they still turned the job around in a day.

I'm picking up my caravan on Friday,and I had bought a brake controller,but everyone was booked out. I rang these guys and were more than obliging to install the brake controller the same afternoon I phoned them.Leo showed me how it was installed,and I was very satisfied with the work. Actually blown away from the service I received from these guys yesterday. Not only were they a good $300-400 cheaper than any other place I looked at but their customer service was amazing. I’m a woman and am pretty used to being treated like I’m stupid when it comes to anything to do with cars but these guys were SO friendly and helpful from the first phone call enquiry I made to the time I picked my car up. They even changed my brake light for me free of charge and showed me how to do it myself next time. (They offered, I didn’t even have to ask.) So, so happy and will be recommending them to everyone. Fantastic and would highly recommend these guys! Called up to book my car in to have a tow-bar installed and they fit me in the same day. They fit the tow-bar in under two hours and looks like they've done a great job. It was pouring rain when I dropped my car in so they even dropped me down at the local RSL and picked me up too.

Great service from these guys. I can see why they are a 5 star business. I had a tow bar fitted and my bike rack was not sitting level. These guys custom made a hitch that made the bike rack sit level. This was all done without additional charge. Highly recommended.
