I'm very unhappy with the customer service at Minimax, we purchased the Medit scanner from them. They don't answer your calls or text messages, we are constantly chasing after them. Firstly the scanner was faulty so we had to send that back now they have sent the wrong computer monitor and trying to swap it for the correct product has been a nightmare. Stay clear.

I've used Minimax over the past few years and they've been amazing with their support and customer service. I daresay, one of the best dental companies in NSW. A lot of companies will sell you a product and stop responding once you've made the purchase. Or their support will be mediocre. But time and time again, Minimax have gone above and beyond to provide the customer service and support that really makes you feel looked after. Kudos to Charlie and the rest of the Minimax Team
