Worst experience ever . ordered vegetarian noodle for take away and got beef in it . Went all the way back to replace it and get a new one came back opened the box to find out wrong noodles prepared again . Asked for thin egg noodle and got thick egg noodle . In the bin straightaway . Cant make a mistake 2 times on 1 order. Thanks

The food (Combination box with fried rice) was fresh and hot, but incredibly bland and tasteless. There was very little meat and veggies, and almost no sauce?! It was basically just plain fried rice. The store was dirty and not well maintained, and while standing at the counter I could smell cigarette smoke which I assume was drifting in from the back of the store (no one was smoking in front of the store). Very disappointing experience and will not be ordered here again.

Friendly staff with fast service. They do a great job making custom orders and are very careful to keep things out of meals if you are sensitive to an item in a dish.

These guys are absolutely awsome, despite closing time they still went out of their to cook a feed fro myself and my son whose been out helping me uber eats all night. Quick service, awsome customer service and their food was absolutely yummy. Thank you guys and appreciate it.

We went to this Noodle Box as it was on the way home. Surprised it wasn't busy for dinner. Well maybe because the staff are not attentive. I ordered a tofu make your own meal. I get home and there is NO tofu. The lady taking my order was too busy talking to her colleague and my hearing impaired friend confirmed I had said tofu. It was too far to take back but I called the store. The man who answered the phone was hopeless. Just ok ok I'm sorry ok. Pathetic considering I paid for something i didn't get. It was pretty much sauce and rice with a bit of veg. I also had bits if noodle and onion in a rice no onion meal.Avoid we should have read reviews before buying our dinner here.

My girlfriend ordered from there today and it turns out their service has declined. She asked for there to be no spring onions but they still included them. We also wanted extra broccoli and the manager said okay and put a few in the bowl for our noodles but used all of them for another order lol. Meat was dry and tasted bland. The prawns did not taste fresh which is a shame. Don't think we'll be eating there anytime soon.

Stay away if you're looking for a succulent Asian meal.The Kway Teow I was served was an affront to Thai cuisine - no wok hei whatsoever.Also lacking was the quality of service, which was worse than the likes of Qantas or Telstra.Disappointing.

First time order through Menulog. Order arrived and it was incorrect as in not my order. Rang and was told it was not their problem and I would receive a refund in 24 hours. Yes, I swore as I was out of pocket $72.00 and had nothing my family could eat (it was all chilli and curry). Yes, the server hung up on me BUT the company did ring me back and is replacing my food.
