Small store so not a great range. Great service though.

Lady with the pink hair tonight has cool room closed @ 6:30 so she can close the store to clean up the shop .... but the shop don't close until 8 pm ... can you come back in 5-10 minutes ... ummm no I am here now ..... what a hood Easter joke

Just ordered online and had drinks delivered, disappointing to say the least when my drinks arrived there was a drink missing. Called bws and they were adamant that the drink was definitely in the bag when picked up, the lady I spoke to on the phone called the driver for me which was great and said she would give me a call back with some information, callled me back and said the driver said it was definitely in the bag when dropped off, the bws employee then told me there was nothing she could do. I took 5 steps from the door to the kitchen counter before opening my bag and the drink was definitely not there. Such a shame I’ve been ordering from bws mt cotton for a long time but will definitely not be ordering from them ever again, Absolutely disgusting.
