So tasty! My Shawarma Roll was packed with meat and sauce, my chips overflowed in the bag and had lots of seasoning.The young lady serving at the counter is very good and knows her menu deals well.It looks like this store is getting a refurb, it already looks great with the dark theme, and am looking forward to the finished facelift.Next time I want to try all the chickens. They look yummy all stacked up in the main counter.

Wow wow wow, A friend of mine told me about this place prior to me moving to the area. I popped in for lunch as the night before, the queue outside was huge. Now I see why, amazing charcoal chicken, that garlic sauce is supreme. The chicken itself was super juicy and the flavour amazing. So far I have only had the charcoal box for 1, but I will be back to try more. YUM!

Fabulous..ELJannah Kogarah just as good as the other ones in Western Sydney.Love the authentic charcoal chicken & the garlic sauce that accompanies the meal. Exceptional value for money family meal deals.Can be busy at peak times ,Service times usually good however parking is very limited. Friendly staff .

Ordered online and went to store to pick up. Took 20 mins + to get our food, while all the in store orders were fulfilled. Anyway got home and realised the order is missing 6 x wings + 1 tender strip. Called the customer service line and was asked to send an email and that was it. Atrocious service will be taking my business elsewhere after being a loyal customers for many many years.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISAPPOINTINGWe have been loyal customers for years, and we’ve been to almost all stores, however the last year we have been noticing a very disappointing change in the quality of food and the size of their Famous (no longer) charcoal chicken.The chicken getting smaller everytime we go, and last visit was today, which made me change my 5 star review I had for them before.The bigger the business is becoming the more commercial direction its taking, which is understandable and wish them the best, but the make meal smaller, dryer and more more expensive is not acceptable.Check attached photos, and I believe it will explain my review and why I'm upset.Once Loved El-Jannah, and I hope you go back to be the best.Will be going somewhere else now

Burnt chicken, I thought the grills were timer based, not sure what went wrong but this was an expensive $30 lettuce and tomato sandwich. To wait 2 hours for the meal I have to say it wasn’t what I expected. Ejannah’s needs to focus on quality not quantity.

Placed online order in the afternoon for 7.30pm pick up. Left the store with my order at exactly 7.30pm after I got there around 7.20pm. Need to present the online order number and they prepare the order.Aside from the chips being a bit soggy when I get home which is fair enough given it's in a box everything is spot on!

I used to love this place, its been 2 years sine my last visit. The chicken was dry, the staff were meah. The place was clean and the food delivered quick, but I was there at peak lunch, surely the chicken could have been juicy like I remember.
