Good idea if the owner or head cashier trains junior staff better or let them do stock if they not good with money. Not everyone has time to dawdle.New staff Margerita took 7 minutes doing 3 people. Took 1 minute to give me back $2.35.She looked at every coin while she was doing it.

The staff at the counter. Saturday 12:15pm. 22 April. The line was just getting longer. The lady at the counter didn't call anyone else. She got stuck with a customer that was taking a while. Didn't bother to even ask the customer to go to the side so that she could serve other customers. People were getting frustrated. No common sense applied whatsoever. Once that customer cleared, The rest were done in less than 2 minutes. Why wouldn't you call someone else to help that customer? Why make everyone wait? It was a very mind-boggling experience.

Indian security guard very rudely telling my disabled client they need to leave as testing mist sprays is not allowed. He didn't even get to spray it on a tester. He then turned to me saying it was advised by management, and I said I have only tested the perfume bottles only 6 to be correct, he wanted to call the police. I said not before I pay for this product. He got loud and rude i gave the product and left. I finally got into connect with manager, she said you used to much mist product i picked up one bottle, and My client picked up the chuppa chup. I said ok I understand their not testers, but I only sprayed the perfumes so being threatened by police was uncalled for.

Very convenient location and heaps of options as you would expect at Chemist Warehouse. The staff was super friendly and helped us with the medication options.

Always had a great experience with this store. Untill recently when I was going overseas and i bought a Burberry London Perfume for my brother. It was properly sealed and when he opened it , it was completely empty and dry. We were so surprised.I contacted the store, they were helpful and offered an exchange if i produced the reciept. I am overseas, i dont know if i will have the reciept for exchange at home, but nevertheless they offered help.It was kinda embarrassing to see my gift was just an empty bottle.

Very nice. Its small and tidy so i don't have to look all around for items. Even though it is small, they have a wide range of medical supplies. Sometimes the people can be rude but i don't mind. Over all, this is my main supplier.

The Chemist Warehouse I go to the most. This store is always well-stocked compared with other chemist warehouses, which is helpful as I can trust this store to get my Eucalyptus FESS spray.

It should be no star but there is no option for that. Selling some perfume with out a tester so I tried to open carefully one box without damaging it just to sniff the scent not use it. Then this Indian looking guy rudely aproaches me. Awkward seen being watch buy other customer being talked rudely by this staff. Just to end the story Ive purchased the perfume without knowin what's the scent I ended up buying a perfume not my type. Please Try to be nicer to customer .

They always had my medication. Pharmacy staff are friendly and caring.

Chemist Warehouse is my goto for medicines, cosmetics & perfumes. Close to Parramatta station. Always super busy specially for prescribed medicines.
