The experience of dealing with the owner Paul has been one of the most unpleasant I have dealt with, so much so I needed a further 2 chairs and cushions so I bought these through the lovely people at Remarkable Outdoor Furniture Pymble . I Spent over $3k on outdoor furniture. When delivered there was a dent in a chair and a factory fault in the table that did not allow the leg to be screwed on. He told me to try to scratch off the dent which of course didn't work, he also told me that the leg was my fault that I had not seated it correctly. When he eventually accepted these problems he demanded that the chair and part be returned before he would send a replacement. He was very rude and argumentative the whole time. He should certainly not be in a customer service role Avoid him. Michael on the other hand is delightful.

Just bought our second Nardi setting, this time for our little Paddington apartment balcony. Once again we received exceptional, professional and friendly service, from placing the order to delivery. We needed the setting urgently and a quick delivery was made. As for the Nardi furniture, it’s excellent, especially for the Australian weather conditions. I placed an order for six Nardi Doga Bistrot Chairs in Agave Green early yesterday afternoon after seeing them at Travatino Cafe in Wareemba.
