Purchased a bag of salt which stained my pool. They are then more than happy to charge for the chemicals required to clean it. Mentioned they might want to assist;ha ha the bloke that owns it went off.

This is the first time i have had a pool in 50 years and i knew zero about pool maintenance. The guys from Sparkle Pools were very helpful & patient in explaining everything to me so i understood. My mind isn’t as sharp as it use to be. The 2 men i have spoken with so far were friendly & kind.I highly recommend Sparkle Pools!

Avoid using these guys! after being told what I wanted to use was the wrong product they made me spent $190 of other chemicals to fix the pool they then told me I should use the original chemical I wanted to use.They proceeded to tell me I gave them incorrect info.I supplied 2 water samples and photos of the pool.I avoided this shop for 2 years because if my dealings with them in the past. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

Needed them to repair a pump with a slow leak around 6 weeks ago. Picked up the pump 2 weeks ago. Still no pump. Little communication. I wouldn't be leaving this review if they managed the timeframes better and I would be able to use the spa. Now I'll be emptying the water as who knows when it will be repaired.

Very poor service with basic mistakes made with council application for pool installation. Decided to go with spa instead.Would not recommend.
