If you are going to make everyone wait for an hour to do any banking task, Why can't you have an alternate appointment making system so people can come to the branch at the time of their appointment. None of the branches pick up the phoneIf the only way to receive mandatory banking services is to wait over 1 hour every time, might as well close down more branches and make people wait few more hours, The treatment is appalling. It seems, it is only the bank's and banker's time that is important.

This is what happens when bank reduces staff numbers. I just went to change a pin number on my credit card, but the young lady said I would be number 11 in the list. That equates to over an hour of wait time. This could easily be avoided with only one extra staff member on duty.

Stanhope Gardens such a small branch but so busy. Been waiting for one hour but very impressed with Katrina’s service. I can see she running around and tried to help customers. I appreciate that she valued my time and she went beyound. She fully resolved my enquire and also checked all my accounts and make sure everything is in the best way possible. No one explained me that much before. Katrina is polite and kind. I felt valued and grateful. Cba needs more staffs like her!

I must say that I always get great service in the Stanhope Garden branch. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Sandhiya followed our paperwork and the procedure, she went extra mile with customer service. I highly recommended them.

I had to get some urgent help in opening a trust account. Hasib and Sandhiya at the CBA Stanhope branch were efficient and quickly helped me set up the trust account. Where other banks were directing me to various helpline numbers, CBA Stanhope Gardens just got it done on the same day.

Customer service was good especially Mrs Payal Darji guided us and helped us to open bank account. We waited for long time approx 30-35 minute for our turn but it was worth waiting as Payal Darji helped us and gave us genuine information about the account. I am giving 5 star for their staff service( polite behaviour, helpful, guidance). Rest after using this bank account services i will provide feedback soon. I highly recommend this branch.

Sandhiya, Payal and branch manager Hasib were wonderful in assisting me with setting up power of attorney for a family member. Something that initially felt incredibly daunting became very easy with the compassion, patience and guidance from the Stanhope Gardens team. I couldn’t be more appreciative for their ongoing support and professionalism.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Never going into this branch again! Waiting over 90 minutes for a call back" only to be told they can't help me today and I'd have to come back tomorrow because the branch is closing for the day. Lazy staff
