First class service from this organisation who coordinated the replacement of our roof tiles and gutters. Very competitively priced, and delivered as promised throughout the build, under the most trying of rain-delaying conditions. The roof tiling team they organised out of Newcastle were incredibly prompt, thorough and professional - all their work was exemplary.After sales service is just as, if not more important than the initial work. We experienced a couple of minor leaks around the gutters, and East Coast’s rectification response was rapid, thorough and polite.With us throughout our journey with East Coast was one of their head managers, David, who we could not praise enough - he is a credit to the industry in general and to his employer in particular, even getting on the tools, always leading by example and a brilliant communicator all the while.
