Dr Mack has saved my sanity by eliminating the pain I have experienced for the last 19 years. I am free from pain medication and I am able to sleep properly after many years of sleep deprivation. I highly recommend Dr Florian Mack and his friendly & professional staff.

appalling service. out of 15 phone calls, none were answered. i have left multiple voicemails, and sent emails too, but no joy. the one response i received was when i asked my dentist to contact them. since then, all my correspondence has gone unanswered. i feel sorry for any of your patients.

Thank you for making an spontaneous appointment in the busy week before Eastern possible. I felt totally comfortable during the whole treatment and was not suffering any pain. Dr. Mack explained every step and took my questions and me as a new patient seriously. I can highly recommend Florian and his team.

I was getting evil headaches. For 3 years! Tried physio, acupuncture, drugs. Was nearly giving up and thinking I would have to suffer forever with these very debilitating headaches. Was looking on the internet for some hope and came across Florian Mack's dental services. I just booked the appointment and took myself in. Bingo! Jackpot! Fantastic! Dr Mack found the problem on the first visit, and I can now say MY HEADACHES HAVE GONE, GONE, GONE. So happy. (and all the staff are nice too).

I recommend Dr. Mack and his team a 100 percent. I have been to 14 different dentists/dental surgeons/orthodontists in Austria and did not expect to immediately find an outstanding dentist in Brisbane. I am glad I followed all the Facebook recommendations and went to see him. He is not only a true expert, but takes his time, explains everything, does not do any unnecessary procedures, is available also outside practice times and works together with other experts. I did not even feel the injection he gave me. I will be back very soon!

Florian and his expertise have pretty much changed my life . I have spent Thousands of $$$ on ill fitting dentures only to be told that i have allergies to acrylics. Florian had undergone several testings and has found the material which is right for me. It wasn't the actual material which i was allergic to , it was the way the acrylic has been processed which is extremely important. I can now smile with confidence again and actually enjoy a meal without pain and embarrassment. I would recommend SEQ Dental anytime .

Dr Mack and his team are truly amazing. They are professional, friendly up to date with latest cutting techniques and technology. I saw many experts before Dr Mack and no one could offer me the same technology in dentures or could offer the splint technology he has applied to my case. He also solved my headaches that I have suffered for many years. I can’t ever remember been this happy with my teeth and there appearance. You won’t get better treatment anywhere.
