I always take my linen and curtains there to wash quicker than doing it at home and we are still on restrictions. I didn't take enough washing detergent and the owner gave me a couple of sachets. Very generous of her. Thank you again.

I love having a chat with Marion and enjoy each and every trip to North hill laundry. I have travelled majority of NSW and this is one of the cleanest ones I have had the pleasure to utilise. The machines are excellent and Marion has helped me everytime I have had a moment and forgotten how to use them. The convenience of card scanners on machines and dryers! A very reliable note splitter/ change machine is also available.

Run by an extremely rude lady, complained about being rung because she was sick. Despite explaining politely to her that two machines did not work ,she attacked me telling me that there was another laundry down the road, if that wasn’t enough decided to poke me in the back and slammed a refund on the table. Far from the “friendly laundromat “ that’s advertised!

Marion is rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I was spoken to so incredibly rudely all because I called with a question about a dryer I put money in and the credit went onto another machine with someone else’s washing. It wasn’t an issue for me, I was just hoping Marion would offer me some help over a phone call to use the dryers so this didn’t happen again. She also abused me for calling 3 times and not leaving a message. That’s what a phone is for. Kindness cost nothing. I will never ever be back and I will share my experience with everyone. YOU are damaging your own business.

Lady was pretty nice and living pretty close to the laundromat it's convenient to dry my clothes there when needed for example prolonged rain or very cold weather. And plus, they sell fresh eggs so that's a bonus

Good Machines.... 23 minutes Wash takes Double Load,.... One washing machine will take Triple Load... Dryers are Huge usually 25 minutes... All machines take CC's.... Also have QR Codes or some sort of Tap and Go... Only my CC worked.... $5 each go Washing or Drying as at May 2021.
