I had been on the hunt for a new hairdresser, and Xin Twenty One was one of the few I was intrigued by. I'm so thankful I decided to go with them, as all my expectations were exceeded! I felt like I was properly listened to, and the vision I had wanted was much better than I had anticipated! I didn't feel like my hair was rushed, but I was impressed with the precision and passion that went into crafting my look. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all guys and gals!

I had my very first appointment with Xin yesterday and it was by far one of the best hairdressing services I’ve had in Brisbane. Great location, excellent and clean interior design. I had very dark and long thick hair and needed a style cut, bleach and balayage did in under 4 hours, Xin was efficient and professional and he managed to deliver quality work in just under 4 hours and it was the hair colour I wanted. 11/10 experience. I will definitely come back again!! :)

I absolutely adore Xin Twenty One Salon and have been visiting my stylist, Xin, for what feels like forever. Whenever I walk through the door, I'm immediately struck by the salon's chic and modern decor, which always puts me at ease. Xin is an incredibly talented stylist who takes the time to understand my needs and preferences, and I always leave feeling confident and beautiful after each appointment. What impresses me the most is his consistency in delivering amazing haircuts that exceed my expectations every time. I can't count the number of times I've recommended him to my loved ones. I decided to try out a different salon than the one I normally go to, with the good reviews, I had give it a go.Both Arthur and Payam did an amazing job with my hair!My haircut done by Payam was the best I’ve ever gotten, he understood what I wanted and executed it really well with a gorgeous blowout at the end.Arthur did fantastic on my balayage, he was very patient, especially with the amount of hair I had. The colours were so beautifully blended and probably also the best balayage I’ve ever gotten.I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back again soon.

I’ve been on a hunt for a good shampoo for a long time and my hair was still dry after tons of conditioner. The hairdresser recommended a shampoo based on the condition of my damaged hair, which they sell at the same price as on the market. I’ve been using it and my hair has improved a great deal. Very professional and friendly service, will definitely recommend!

I got a scalp spa, wash and cut and was attended by Xin and his lovely cheerful apprentice. Both were welcoming, attentive and thoughtful in their approach and paid more attn to my hair and the overall service than having a chat which I found to be ideal and professional. I love coming to see Xin because I know I will always leave with what I wanted. Many thanks.

Extremely arrogant and appalling attitude. Customer service is nowhere near what you’d expect from a decent salon - if there is any intention to service at all. Save your time and money, and go somewhere, or anywhere else, where you’d at least be respected as a customer and get the results you are looking for.So many good reviews - you might think, like I did before I gave them a try, but you’d only hope you won’t end up having similar experiences as I did and have your day completely ruined.
