Had a punctured tyre on my Van and went to this Bob Jane shop. Not only they attended to it straight away but also did not charge for it. I was shocked to hear that. All my next tyre purchases will be from this Shop. No wonder they have such great reviews. Keep up the good work.

We had a flat tyre a day before our wedding and arrived close to closing time very stressed. The team accommodated us and was able to fix the puncture without replacing the tyre. Really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

Bought my new kia picanto down to get a puncture repaired yesterday. Fast and high quality service. When it came time to pay they wavered the cost of the puncture. I wouldn't go anywhere else now thanks to this great customer service. Highly recommend this shop!

Called and made an appointment to repair puncture in a front passenger side wheel on a Prado. Dropped it in, they inspected it and said it should be repairable. I had a coffee at a nearby Macca's and went to pick it up shortly after. To my surprise, when I asked how much it was to fix, they waived the fee. Very kind and great friendly service. Highly recommended. Will be going there for a quote on my 4x Land cruiser 100 series tyres for roadworthy next visit...

Got my punctured wheel fixed this morning. I arrived unannounced with a newborn and the team were very accommodating and looked at my wheel straight away and fixed it. Very friendly and professional staff with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their wheels looked at.

I took my BMW F82 M4 for a wheel alignment at Bob Jane Ferntree Gully, I dealt with Brendan (Store Manager), and received a fantastic customer service. The workshop team did a great job aligning the wheels and centring the steering wheel. The procedure took 30min in total, they were very fairly priced, and very professional.It was my first time visiting Bob Jane Ferntree Gully, but granted I'll be back again for my tyres and wheel alignment needs for all my cars.Thanks again Brendan and the team for the great experience, highly recommended!

Called up today with last minute notice to repair a punctured tyre. I was expecting to not get in however they made time for me right away and within 30 minutes after dropping my car off the tyre was fixed and back on the vehicle. After the super fast and amazing service I went to pay and was told today would be “free of charge” and to have an amazing day. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I will definitely recommend Bob Jane T-Mary’s Ferntree Gully to all my friends and family!
