Great staff who seem to understand exactly the style and colour I’d like. Scott and Daniel always take the time to listen to what I’d like and discuss how it may work to suit me. Scott especially is fantastic with my daughter’s hair and can really cut and style her hair to reflect her personality, and the cut just sits really well even after it’s grown out. Everyone comments on what a fabulous hair style she has. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I came here for a hair styling last year, $50 and all they did was straighten my hair, but it looked nice. Came back Early January for another styling, and it was $50 as well, but looked incredibly worse. They clearly favourited the long lasting customers over the new ones, as they pushed my appointment back an hour for someone who had been going there for years. My brother came back home from a recent appointment this week, and they charged him $32 for the worst cut I have ever seen, they looked like they just did a 2 all over, then a 1 on the sides, without any fade. I am honestly disappointed and would love for a refund for my brother (it's his 18th tonight and he has to wear a beanie!).

Disgraceful treatment of a new client. Clearly business is good! They are comfortable to unnecessarily insult and inconvenience new clients through their arrogance and their own error ....... . I will be interested to see if Halo keep up the attitude when the business is in a down turn!
