Jewellery Masters

I gave him the watch to resize. He did the wrong way and totally ruined it. I am very disappointed after taking it back.

I took a chiming wall clock to Jewellery Masters to be repaired. After no contact for 2 months I rung and he said he couldn't find the clock. I went and found it with him - it was on the floor in a back room. He said he was busy so come back in another 2 months which I did - clock not fixed. I repeated this over the next 4 weeks when he said it was ready to be collected. I was really frustrated, he overcharged me but I took it anyway. The clock worked for 2 days but the chimes never worked so I took it back.That was when the real saga began. After a further 11 months of ringing him (his name is Andrew) and calling round I gave up and told him I would be coming over in 2 weeks time to pick the clock up which I did. The clock didn't work but I took it anyway.The guy is an incompetent charlatan and never to be trusted, don't go anywhere near his shop.I subsequently took it to a good guy in Unley who fixed it in 4 weeks at half the cost and it works perfectly.Dealing with Andrew is probably he worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life
