I was in Launceston on holiday from Sydney and an old back injury flared up. I booked a massage here and it was incredible. I’ve been haunted by this injury for over 20 yrs and never had a massage that instantly made me feel better. I walked out feeling like I was floating and was instantly pain free. My only regret is that I don’t live in Tasmania otherwise I would be here every week. I felt like the massage therapist really knew what she was doing and really knew how to correct my back and hip issue.

I paid $60 for a 50 minutes Reflexology.I got 20 minutes foot soak and 30 minutes very poor massage.I didn’t understand anything. Just a rip-off!!!If I could complain some authority I would..Don’t ever open the door of this place..STAY AWAY!!!

We initially booked ourselves at a different place but when walked in we realised that the place didn’t look so appealing including the massage cubicles that were separated by draw curtains.That’s how we ended up at Nature’s Energy. Reservation was made on the spot with a wait time of 30 minutes. Excellent service. A full 60 minutes of massaging without sham. Clean. We were also able to use our private medical cover (for 50% rebate)We will make it our regular spot.

Worst experience ever- you should employ actual massage therapist. This man was not trained at all, I am sure myself can give better massage. Don’t waste time or money. Left place feeling more stressed then before

The massage was pretty bad. First of all, the masseuse kept talking loudly to her co-worker for the first 5 minutes. Also, they only do backside and don't flip you over which is a standard practice. As a result, you aren't really getting a full body massage as advertised, and I felt dizzy and nauseous from being face down for so long. Lastly, I got a deep tissue massage, but the majority of it felt very light except for a few pressures. I would avoid if you want to get a proper massage.
