Have to be one of the easiest places to deal with. Nothing is a problem for Neil and the team. No matter how minor the enquiry or purchase, they go above and beyond. I've dealt with everyone there from the staff at the counter and in the workshop several times over the years for parts and bike repairs and tyre fitment and their approach is always the same - easy going and a 'not-a-problem' attitude. Thanks team..

These guys were outstanding, from start to finish purchasing our new bike.We have purchased many new bikes over the years and these guys, were by far the most helpful, knowledgeable and easiest to work with.It's been a long time, since we have experienced customer service like this.They stopped everything to help us purchase all new gear for the kids .Highly recommend this family business.We will be back!

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Neil. I was away and he spent a great deal of time with our son explaining the bike after driving for two hours to deliver it. I haven’t had service like this is in the last 20 years. We will be buying any future bikes from these guys. Thanks again Matt and Ben.

Couldn't recommend the boys highly enough at Sherco Sydney. I rang on a Thursday chasing a bash guard for my 2019 Sherco that I needed urgently and not only did they have it in stock, but they were happy to express post it to my door in Newcastle so I had it for the weekend. I would have no hesitation in dealing with you boys again and will definitely be recommending you to all my Sydney based mates. Thanks Guys. You saved my weekend :)
