The staff went above and beyond for me on my Engagement Party! as a new client, they moved things around to make sure they could accommodate me. Super friendly staff who have a real passion for what they do.My hair looked fabulous from 10am til midnight and the amount of compliments I received on my hair was phenomenal!

I managed to book an appointment within 24 hours and was happy with my cut. Staff are very professional and very caring, going above and beyond with their caring nature. I’ll definitely be back to support them

I've been coming here since I first moved to Perth in 2019. Though there have been staff changes over the years, I've still had great service and care from the team.

I gave this salon 2 tries late last year (half head foils then 1/4 head foils) as it has so many positive reviews. But the results were disappointing and now having gone elsewhere I feel even more disappointed with Reflections!The colour was too brassy (not lifted enough) and services far too pricey. The second visit no further lifting to the colour, just looked like roots to match first round of orange brass yet was charged full price for foils.I concluded it was because my hair has warm undertones but the next salon did under areas untouched by reflections and nailed the colour first go. Since then I’ve gone elsewhere that have finally provided what I originally wanted. Price wise 1/2 head, cut and style for well under $200. But it’s more that they had produced an amazing blonde colour Reflections failed twice.

Stylist did a phenomenal job (despite my situation being a little difficult) and I'm super glad I ended up here - I just had hair extensions put in by a different salon and needed a colour match. I asked to have the extensions toned darker and a root fade done to blend everything in (which is how other stylists always blend my extensions), which she straight away told me she wouldn't be able to do as she didn't know the quality of the extensions and didn't want to risk ruining them (completely understood this). She instead foiled my natural hair and toned everything at the end and I am super happy with the results despite not having done what I originally planned to lol. Reasonably priced too! I'm sorry I can't remember the name of my stylist but she did a fab job ☺️

I am super picky with my hair and after hours spent trawling through reviews and different stores, I finally settled on Reflections. I wanted to donate my hair and Vivien not only helped me to do this, she absolutely killed the Bob I wanted and helped integrate my previous self-hair work into a sick cut. Thank you so much Vivien, I finally feel like me.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever hadAdvertised price for a men’s haircut is $30, but then charged $42 with the reason given that mine was a style cut. A 15 minute style cut using clippers - yeah rightAlso what’s the BS having to pay a $30 deposit for an appointment. That’s a firstBut it will also be the last time for me
