A very big supermarket and has a decent range. The staff are not good. They are rude and throw items into bags and crush them with heavier items. For example, repeatedly putting chips or biscuits at the bottom of the bag then putting cans of food on top. It is also difficult to see the total cost of the shopping because the display is very busy.

Bad experience- When I checked veggie price (becos there weren't any price tags) a staff she has responded very RUDELY and asked me to come back and buy later" without any explanation. The Management really need to do something about customer friendliness of their staff."

There are a lot of items without prices. Also be on the lookout for the specials!!! Most of them are out of date. In fact there is a lot of out of date product. Also is there any chance of giving the checkout girls a personality? Mannequins, robots and not a hint of good humour. On the bright side there are also a small amount of good value if you look hard enough. Please oh please don't forget to check in because the checkout Nazis will be on to you!!

There are great varieties of groceries, with the reasonable prices. The downside is that the placement of the goods is a little bit messy, and the prices are not clear. The price tags do not match with the goods. By the way, this store does not have promotions that other Tongli stores are doing, like in Campise’s.
