Lisa H. is my property manager, and I really appreciate her timely communication so I can action accordingly. She would give me a buzz when we needed to discuss things urgently, and she always reply my email in a timely manner, sometimes within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. I believe we will continue to have a great working relationship and I recommend her property management service.

Ray White and Corey Foelz were easy to work with, open, friendly and honest in all aspects of our house sale. Corey even came around and helped my niece with shifting some heavy items. Also, during the home open days, a neighbour's tree was shedding Autumn leaves and making part of the property look untidy. Corey would arrive early and rake those leaves to ensure the best impression for prospective buyers. Thank you.

Ray White has been a great to us, especially our property manager Tracey J. She always goes above and beyond whenever we have a maintenance issue or query. It’s rare to have such great experiences in todays rental market and we would highly recommend both Ray White and Tracey.

Ben kept us informed all through the selling process and that easy and relaxed but thorough communication style was very reasuring and I believe contributed to a great result for us.

I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should in this particular case. I would like to express my absolute disgust and disappointment to how I was treated by Ray White Toowoomba rental property manager Lisa M and owner. When I had to break lease in January because I had bought a property, which the agent and owner were fully aware of my plans months in advance, after approx. 2 months I involved the RTA to help me find out why in this rental market the house had not been re-rented. After a meeting with myself, Lisa M and the RTA I was informed by the rental property manager Lisa that the rental market was not as it is reported in the news and there was no prospective tenants. After regrettably forfeiting my bond to end the lease, less than 24hours later the home was all of a sudden leased. I am a very honest and open person and proud of that and being lied to by the real estate manager for their own benefit was truly disgusting and very disappointing. You are a shame to your profession and I certainly will not be dealing with or recommending you to anyone.

Dan James from Toowoomba Ray White obviously loves his job as a real estate agent and his enthusiasm shows throughout every interaction we had with him. We followed his advice every step of the way and reached the outcome we were after.

Dan James was professional and treated us with respect at all times and we couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I have recommended him to all people to sell their house for them. He kept us informed and really knew what to do to get the best price for our house. Fantastic Dan-tastic. Well done.

This was the worst experience I've ever had as a tenant.Our property manager was rude, refused to respond to emails and did not follow correct procedures.She entered our home with out an entry notice and then expected me to allow her to show the property to random people with no warning. When I refused and made a complaint to the ray white office we got no where and then the property manager played games with our bond . Refused our bond claim stating that we had tried to claim it a day before our end of tenancy even though we have emails that prove we tried to claim our bond on the day we returned our keys. She did not respond to emails and did not give us our water bill for 12months. I would honeslty give zero stars if I could. before you respond with we don't know you or we addressed your concerns ect. We contacted the office many times and we got no where. Our property manager was supported in doing the wrong thing by us and flat our breaking rules. we leased with ray white Toowoomba for 12 months and the only nice or helpful people there are the receptionists other then that we where ignored and brushed off with all of our concerns. If you are a tenant and you are in the position to avoid this agency I would advise you do so. It took us almost 4 weeks to get our bond back and there where no issues except a water bill that we did not receive for a week after we handed our keys back, we paid it promptly and we still where at the mercy of the property manager to hurry up with the return of our bond. I've never been treated like this by a realestate agency before and im happy to say we have a fantastic new property manager with a different agency.Your response is more insulting. The property was Wirreanda Drive Rangeville leased for 12 months from 2022-2023 and the property manager was Lisa Mundey. We did speak to you on the phone and my complaint made our situation worse as our property manager then played games with our bond for weeks. Please do not act like this is some kind of spam review. There is no need to have further contact with your agency but I feel it's important other people hear our experience as tenants with ray white Toowoomba.

Tracey Jackson has a refreshingly genuine approach to property management. My family moved to Toowoomba from Interstate, and we received extraordinary assistance in locating and securing our rental with her. Tracey accommodated all of our dealings from a distance, with clear communication and absolute professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next home.

Right from the start Wade made me feel that the sale of my property was in good hands. Even before the start, as he and his team had kept me informed of the local (and I mean my suburb) market for years so when I was ready to sell I knew exactly who I wanted to handle it. And throughout the sale process he was professional, courteous and communicative. Thank you Wade. Even though my interactions with Kaitlyn were limited (thanks to a quick sale) Kaitlyn kept me in the loop and informed, followed up requests with courtesy and professionally.
