I feel really confident with Kingy Accomm looking after my little investment property in Cabarita Beach. They're a team that is big enough to offer all services and take care of everything for me, but personalised and friendly at the same time. Most importantly - I'm happy with the returns I get and fees are very reasonable.

We arrived at the property and despite being told the cleaners had just left the accommodation wasn’t very clean. The property had a private pool on the terrace which was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Upon calling the management I was told it would be fixed the next day it wasn’t apparently the pool filter was broken but I wasn’t informed of this until I had to continually chase it up. We were unable to use the pool for the entire stay which was very disappointing and frustrating considering the pool was the reason we booked the accommodation. When I spoke to management the lady was very rude and compensation by giving us back one nights stay. What about the other 6 nights. There was also a hole in the ceiling in the lounge which cockroaches would continually get through. There’s no blind on a large window in the main bedroom or in the living room down stairs which made of no privacy. There was also a substantial amount of leftover food in the grooves of the lounges. The property is very outdated and old compared to the photos posted on the website.Not happy at all with the place, wouldn’t recommend it, you’re money would definitely be spent better elsewhere.

Stayed in a 5 bedroom house at Casuarina. Had read a couple of poor reviews regarding the cleaning so double checked that this had been rectified. Unfortunately it hadn't. Internal bins still had rubbish in them (including cigarette butts), glassware was dirty and had to be washed before use, the outdoor area was dirty and not very inviting, pool was dirty and full of leaves, spa full of leaves and not heated as advised. There were no spare blankets and one of the beds just had a sheet and no blanket. At $900 a night the cleaning needs to be improved.

The location was nice and quiet, however the condition of the property was dirty. There was soap scum and mould in the bathroom, a dirty tissue in the bedroom, and food under the couch that looked like it'd been there for quite a while. Very disappointed considering the fees for cleaning and maintenance.Was later told that I should've contacted them - we only stayed for one night and had a tonne of plans, the last thing I wanted to do was hold up my family holiday trying to have issues fixed on an already very expensive stay.Won't be returning unfortunately, although the service was amazing at the Paradiso Resort, the comfortability of the stay was not.

Booked and paid a deposit in December for a stay in late February together with other couples in locations close to Kingscliff surf club for a 60th birthday party. Closer to our stay we all were at different times moved further out into alternative venues. Excuses were sketchy at best, some couples were given the same ‘plumbing’ issues excuse for different venues as they didn’t realise we were known to each other. I would never recommend you book with this company, book with properties direct, avoid their fees. Their knowledge of properties they manage and communications are not great…no communication actually told us our unit number. We assumed the key tag was our unit number. Consequently we arrived at the unit and the key didn’t work - key tag was an entirely different number to the unit. We are also on a different level to what we were told and the parking is non existent. They said to park on the street. There is no street parking. Just trying to book into our accommodation took hours, twice attending reception and many phone calls which were constantly send to message bank. Another couples arrived at their alternative accommodation to find mould.The dramas involved in dealing with this company were exhausting.Booking a holiday shouldn’t be so difficult.

The apartment was pleasant enough, unfortunately there was no air conditioning working and no streaming services as listed in the property description. After numerous attempts to have this sorted, we got very little communication and no compensation. Therefore we didn’t receive what we paid for! Will be avoiding Kingscliff accomodation in the future .

We had a great apartment at Paradiso Resort exceeding our expectations. It was well appointed, nice and clean and very roomy. The kitchen was great, as were the laundry and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and nice decor. The resort is across the road from the beach and close to great cafes and restaurants, you can walk everywhere. There is a fabulous boardwalk close by. Would thoroughly recommend this resort. We had a seamless check in and out with lovely reception staff, which is very important.

Never book with Kingscliff Accommodation. All they give is poor service & zero client empathy. After booking a specific apartment, & paying in full months before, & following a long tiring trip, we arrived to be told no such booking existed. An alternate was duly provided - said to be better".
