Oak Yoga
I live in Sydney and have been doing Oak yoga virtually with Jackie and her teachers since the lock down started! I have been practicing yoga for 10 years now and have trialled many different studios. Oak yoga’s classes are excellent and very varied for different levels of experience and strength. The teachers are great at providing different suggestions if you are navigating an injury or sore point. I also love the community that turns up online, a great point of connection in these times.Highly recommended!

Oak Yoga
A really beautiful, peaceful little yoga studio with wonderful supportive teachers. Very clean and well presented place with the option of hot yoga also.
