Kara is amazing at what she does. I went to her for the first time after allowing my hair colour grow out and wanting a sunkissed look for summer and she delivered... I have certainly found my new hairdresser!

Been to this salon twice, forgot the name of the first lovely lady that did my hair but she did such an amazing job. I was looking for a new salon as my previous ones were pushy in their sales, would do things I’d ask them not to do, over charge, left me with bleach burns etc. I came to this salon after hearing about it from word of mouth. I love their service! Absolutely everything about this salon is amazing. My hair turns out exactly how I want it to, the price is worth the service, lovely hairdressers and they provide you with coffee and treats. I just had my hair done again, this time by Kara and I’m so in love! It feels so good to have hair this pretty. And I’ve received so many compliments on it too. I had foils and she did the perfect toner, plus the way she added light layering into my hair was perfect too! Thank you so much. My go to salon now!

I have been seeing Sabrina and her team at Hair Heaven for several years now. Sabrina has taken my hair from dry and damaged, to strong, healthy and now blonde. Sabrina has excellent knowledge on hair health and has guided me on making informed decisions about the products I use in the salon and at home. It is also important to me, that these products are ethically sourced, which Sabrina explains to me each time she introduces a new one. Making appointments is a simple process, either calling the salon or via their online portal. As a long term customer, I can say that Sabrina treats all clients of high importance and makes your experience special, with sweet treats and cocktails or coffee during your appointment. As well as messages throughout the special holidays during the year, making you feel more than just a client. I could not recommend them enough!

Sabrina is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is passionate and loves what she does and cares deeply about your hair! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I wanted to have my hair done on short notice and everywhere was booked out or closing for New Year, but Sabrina offered to come in on New Years Day and open so I could have my hair done!! Sabrina was the hair artist for our wedding day and I could not have been happier with her beautiful styling. The amazing service started at my trial where I went to her with 2 possible ideas and then didn't like either of them once they were in. She asked if she could create something else herself using my inspo pics and the magic happened, I was in love with the wedding style she had come up with. On the day she arrived early, she was a calming presence, and nothing was too much trouble, even changing one of my bridesmaids styles after she had already completed her hair. I would absolutely recommend her as a wedding stylist and hairdresser.

From the moment I walked in the ladies at Hair Heaven Emporium were so welcoming and friendly. Sabrina is extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me.We did foils, toner, root smudge and extensions and my hair looks absolutely incredible. The Colour is natural and matched perfectly and better than ever before. Definitely my go to salon!I highly recommend their services! Xxx

I called Hair Heaven this morning asking for a consultation, they were lovely on the phone and very accommodating (they booked me in for 2pm). I was so excited as the website sounded amazing (too good to be true) and the photos of the salon looked incredible along with dozens of great reviews. Unfortunately when I arrived at the salon I was very shocked and disappointed as it was in the most dodgy and dirty location (however looks aren’t everything) I walked in and was asked who I was etc and I told them I was here for a 2pm consultation, I was then told to take a seat by the door and wait for the stylist. The stylist finished what she was doing and came over and asked what I wanted, I said I was here for a consultation, while standing in front of the door she asked me what I wanted done. I looked at her surprised as if to say “are you really doing my consultation standing by the entrance door” then she offered for me to come over to one of the seating bays. I told her what I wanted doing but she didn’t make me feel comfortable at all in her experience and that I’d get a good result with her, she didn’t even type anything into the computer to give me an accurate quote she just flipped my hair around and said $350. The salon itself looks very old and run down and a bit dirty. I believe this place has big potential if it changed locations and maybe trained staff a bit better and staff were trained to be more professional. However sadly I won’t be returning and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
